3M™ Engine Dressing is a water-based silicone emulsion concentrate, designed to restore a deep black appearance on hoses and rubber moldings, and a clean new look on vinyl, plastic, and other low gloss or flat painted surfaces.Directions for Use:1. Add 1 part concentrate to 1 part water.2. Apply a uniform coating directly onto the surface and allow to dry naturally.Tips:- For higher gloss, use 3M™ Engine Dressing undiluted.- 3M™ Engine Dressing may be used undiluted as an interior dressing:1. Apply a uniform coating to the surface.2. Remove excess using a terry cloth towel.
