The 3M™ Polymide Film Tape 5413 consist of a Kapton(R) polymide film and silicone adhesive. It is designed for high temperature applications. Temperature use range is -100° to 500°F (73°C to 620°C) 3M™ Polyimide Film Tape 5413, used as mask for protection of gold fingers of printed circuit boards during wave solder or solder dip process, release surface in fabrication of parts cured at elevated temperatures
