False Alarm Prevention Device, Polycarbonate

Proven to deter false alarms in schools, hotels, office & residential buildings - UL and FM approved. This false alarm prevention device consists of a tamperproof, clear polycarbonate shield and frame that fits easily over fire alarms. When lifted to gain access to the actual alarms, it sounds a piercing warning horn bringing immediate attention before the alarm is activated. Justifiable alarms may still be pulled. Fits alarms up to 5 1/2'' x 6 3/4''. Uses 9V battery (included). If the alarm is not flush against the wall, order the conduit spacer (#103628) which will add 2'' depth so the device will easily fit over your fire alarm.
