Safe Lifting Techniques Labels use illustrations to remind employees how to lift safely to avoid injuries. Economical paper labels are 6"H x 6"W and are sold 500 per roll or in packs of 100. A larger 10"H x 10"W size is also available (sold individually). Labels can be customized to include the appropriate phone number that workers can call if help is needed.
