We charge a single flat fee for each shipment based upon the sales amount. In some cases handling fees apply. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

There are warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions that prevent us from shipping certain products. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. Any APO/FPO and international orders will need to be done through our International Checkout option.

You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
Where's My Stuff?
ShopDirectBrands.com confirms all orders via e-mail. Please check to make sure that you received a confirmation e-mail. The tracking number(s) will be provided in the final shipment notification email.
I would like faster delivery for my order. Can I request premium shipping?
Shop Direct Brands offers ground, 2nd day air and next day shipping. Special Saturday delivery requests will need to be quoted specially with customer service.
Will all my products be shipped together?
Not always. Shop Direct Brands sources products from different locations to maximize efficiency. All items will be shipped as soon as possible; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Since our shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order you will not pay extra shipping when your products are not shipped together. Shop Direct Brands estimates shipment and delivery dates based on the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping zip code.

Where Do You Ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or P.O. Boxes. Any APO/FPO or international orders will need to be done through our International Checkout option.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In most cases, the carrier can leave the package on a door step; however it is up to the delivery driver's discretion if it is safet to leave the package. If you know you will not be home at a certain time, please call the carrier listed for your package to update them when you will be available. Additional questions or concerns can be discussed with customer service at 1-877-255-3415.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will reserach why the package was sent back to us. If we determin the package is undeliverable, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable if the address is incorrect.
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Can I change my order?

We only accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Google Wallet and PayPal for online purchases. If you are interested in placing an order with a purchase order you will need to set up an account with Shop Direct Brands which is done after an appropraite credit check. All transactions on ShopDirectBrands.com are taxed except in states that do not require sales tax.
My credit card was not accepted. What should I do?
First, check to see that you entered the correct card number and expiration date. If that does not work call customer service at 1-877-255-3415 and give us the details. We will review your information and determine a solution to your issue.
Can I request a product be added to ShopDirectBrands.com?
If there is a product you can't find, please call customer service for assiatance at 1-877-255-3415. Our representatives are more than happy to see if the product is available to us.
How do I get technical information on the use of the product(s)?
Begin by selecting a product. Click on the technical specs tab. Look for the title "Material Safety Data Sheet". If it is not available through the technical specs tab, please contact customer service at 1-877-255-3415 to request the information.
I would like to order a larger quantity of an item after trying it out. Can I get a discount at ShopDirectBrands.com?
While some orders display discounts, most do not. If you intend on purchasing a high quantity, please email email@example.com to request a quote. Please include your name, contact information, product name, product item number, quantity desired and shipping zip code to speed up the process.
How come my coupon code for free shipping is not working?
The SHIP ME coupon code does have some guidelines. Those who are first time customers and have registered on the webiste, which can be done here, will be eligible for the free shipping. If you do qualify for all of these options and the code is not working, please contact customer service for assistance at 1-877-255-3415.
On the product detail page of the product I am interested in purchasing, it says in-stock. Is this always accurate?
We do our best to make sure these inventory indications are correct; however since inventory can change at any given moment the information could become outdated. To verify if the quantity you intend to purchase is in stock, feel free to call customer service at 1-877-255-3415.
