SmoothDome™ Slotted Caps w/4 Point Fas-Trac® Suspension

Meet the new SmoothDome™, a smooth top, slotted cap that offers strong yet lightweight, top impact head protection. SmoothDome™ meets ANSI Z89.1-2003, Class E standards, meaning it does not conduct electricity. An excellent hard hat for welders since most welding accessories slide easily over the smooth helmet. SmoothDome™ uses the same accessories as MSA V-Gard® helmets. Helmet has a four-point Fas-Trac® suspension and comes in several color choices. Properties:

• Tough, lightweight polyethylene helmet with smooth crown and suspension system working together as a protective system
• Its smooth silhouette is welcomed by welders, especially those in shipbuilding and general construction - and some workers simply prefer wearing a smooth-crowned hard hat
• Meets or exceeds applicable requirements for a Type 1 (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI Z89.1-2003, Class E (electrical high voltage)
• Not specifically designed to protect against lateral blows from the front, side or rear
